Staff and Service

Pros:

  • "They were very courteous and clearly love what they do there."
  • "Everyone here (the office assistants, vet techs, and Dr. Gjokaj) are amazing and reached beyond my expectations!"
  • "Everyone was very patient with my nervous dog."
  • "They answer all of my questions and I ask a lot of them!"
  • "They even explained every procedure and the bill carefully."
  • "They listened and answered all my questions and were so good with her and very caring."
  • "The entire staff is very kind, professional, loving and knowledgeable."

Cons:

  • "The results from the x-rays were emailed to me that Monday afternoon but there was no call from the vet, as I had been promised, to interpret them."
  • "No mention of pain management to help her cope with all this pain that she had; and no mention about treatment or meds for the supposedly elevated levels of liver enzymes."
  • "I am very disappointed with the professionalism I received and would not go back."
  • "This place is a total scam and took advantage of me bringing in a cat I rescued."
  • "Overall not a great experience and very overpriced services."
  • "The vet forced me to pay for an eye test I knew my dog didn’t need."
  • "I don't think he has the slightest knowledge about cat and animal care. It's just a commercial and uninformed business."

Facilities and Location

Pros:

  • "The office is lovely as well with the ability to conduct many tests on site."
  • "The office is immaculate!"
  • "The space is clean and beautiful."
  • "The place is super clean and a welcoming environment."
  • "First of all, the facility is clean and beautiful!"

Cost and Pricing

Pros:

  • "Prices are actually low compared to other hospitals."
  • "They provide discounts on medication and all seem to genuinely enjoy making the customer happy."
  • "Best of all the Dr. didn't drain Champ's doggy-Dad's pockets! She was less than 1/3 of the cost another vet in the area charged me."

Cons:

  • "Would not recommend unless you want to throw away money."
  • "Extremely over priced... their fees are more than the emergency vet facilities and they want payment upfront in full."
  • "Deducted one star because it is very expensive, however, if your pets don’t get sick very often or require regular nail trims, etc., then you will be okay."
  • "I was surprised at all of the extra up charges and fees."
  • "They charge 75$ for the bordetella vaccine as well as a $23 technician fee... as well as a $5.50 waste disposal fee."
  • "Before they do any check ups they write up a plan and show you the costs. I noticed on one of my bills there was a cost that was not originally added to the itemized bill for me to sign off on!"

Communication and Care

Pros:

  • "Additionally, they have excellent communication and care about the health your pet."
  • "They even communicate with me when they are closed, through text and email- to check up on my car friend."
  • "Her and her team stayed in constant communication with me, explained all the procedures and made me feel confident and well informed on his treatment plan."
  • "They also text a few days after visits to follow up on how the pets are doing!"
  • "They answer any and all of my questions thoroughly and compassionately."
  • "We were well informed about everything that was going on."
  • "The entire staff is always very friendly and caring of Katy."

Cons:

  • "There was no mention, though, of what the treatment and or meds should be for these conditions; just that I would need to bring her back in for an ultrasound for further evaluation."
