  • "Then I went to upgrade to a 600 and spoke with the same salesmen on the phone about a bike they had listed on cycletrader. I get there and he tells me that bike has been gone for weeks and tries to upsell me on some overpriced old high mileage bike."
  • "He tries to tell me that they often install extras on the floor models to show off extras to which I replied that's fine, but when you sell me the floor model you're implying everything is included, this is the definition of bait and switch."
