  • "Had a 9 a.m. scheduled oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours. They ran out of filters and had to wait for a delivery and also they tried to reset the information buttons and something 'went wrong' and now the buttons don't work and they don't know how to fix it! STAY AWAY!!!!"
