  • "I ordered a Samsung washer & dryer online with everything- installation, protection plan for both appliances, etc on November 8th. My deliver date was this Saturday December 18th... This place is a joke and plays games."
  • "Rental department is a complete joke rented a boom lift and they make you hook up the machine and put it back in the same spot with a parking lot full of cars nearly impossible and trust me they don’t care HD should have a decaded area just for there rentals not in the middle of the parking lot with a million cars."
