Game Experience
Pros:
"The game had a good variety of clues and the 3 of us escaped with 6 or 7 minutes to spare without any clues."
"It was smart, and while complex--the clues made it possible!"
"The puzzles were very well designed and fun, nothing required illogical leaps of faith to get to the solution."
"The puzzles were a mix of easy to very challenging which formed an overall fantastic experience."
"The puzzles and challenges presented throughout the escape room were intelligently designed, striking the perfect balance between difficulty and fun."
"The puzzles were tricky but fair, with high production value."
"The puzzles were all really fun to solve and gave us enough of a challenge that we had to talk and work our way through each one."
Cons:
"I felt bored most of the time."
"The puzzles had nothing to do with the theme, in my opinion."
"The puzzles were a bit convoluted for no reason."
"We were having a great time but it was a little too easy and therefore leaves a little more to be desired."
"The puzzles didn't really flow into each other well either."
"A lot of the props looked scratched up and the paint was peeling with visible signs of age and wear and tear."
"There were some inconsistencies, but it was overall a fun time, enabled great teamwork and creative."
Staff and Game Masters
Pros:
"The staffs are great - I had different game masters for all three games but they were all friendly, attentive and seasoned."
"Hector was our clue-master, and he was awesome!! He was very friendly and really made it a great experience!"
"Thank you to our wonderful game master Ethan!!"
"Super friendly staff especially Raymi... We loved our game master if it wasn't for their help we would have been killed by our kidnapper lmaoo."
"Robyn was friendly, helpful, and great."
"ROBYN IS THE PERFECT PUZZLE MASTER!"
"Shout out to Hector for helping us along the way and being an amazing host!"
Cons:
"Horrible horrible horrible. Commuted all the way from Long Island to complete a room with our friends. We ran a few minutes late due to an accident and we’re told we would still be able to join into the room once we got there. Once we got up to the suite they persistently told by a blonde women we were not allowed to enter since they had made it to a certain point in the room - SO WHY TELL US WE COULD? Made no accommodation for us despite having a party of 6. Definitely not worth the trip."
"Our game master was helpful with hints but we won't be coming back to this escape room."
"Honestly did not have a good experience because of the game guide we had."
"There was also several times where I asked for a hint, and the moderator would not be responsive."
"We arrived 2 minutes late and were declined entrance to the room, what a joke. The man working at the desk was rude and did not help us in any way with our situation."
"The room was good, but the lady at the front desk was annoying. She gave such bad attitude because some of us were tipsy."
"The reason why I give a 2 star rating is specifically for the employee who was dealing with us. Very sarcastic. Very rude. Very much just a miserable personality."

"The room transports you to the end of the world theme."
