Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Charlie was organizing people very well and I had a problem with my membership he was too kind he knew a lot about the subject and the best thing is that he is fluent in the Spanish language 😊 that helps a lot because we get so many kinds of people."

  • "They put a great system in place to check out with the app or self checkout. But then you get stuck in a line for 15 min waiting for them to check that you didn't steal anything, defeats the whole self checkout."
