  • "Service was decent."
  • "Brisk, friendly service."
  • "The waitress was very nice."
  • "Service was prompt, cocktails were very good, atmosphere was comfortable and a great way to start our trip!"
  • "Service was welcoming and not the usual second class service I have gotten at a lot of airports."

Cons:

  • "Each time, including the recent one, the staff was explicitly disinterested in their work."
  • "This waiter, Wixxxm forced his colleague to take us to his table area, very rude."
  • "Terrible service. A rude waiter who argued with me about the food that was brought out."
  • "The only waitress even trying was a sweet girl named Nicodette who did literally everything."
  • "Challenged staff makes for a rather poor experience."
  • "Horrible service, horrible pricing and the supposed personnel that was there could care less."
  • "The service is non-existent."

Ordering System

Pros:

  • "At this establishment, you are required to order through an iPad. Which is nice if you want to eliminate human interaction."
  • "Easy to order and pay at the table using the QR Code to access the website."
  • "Ordering is electronic only, but once you find out how to do that, it's very quick."
  • "You order by QR code and they bring the food to your table and that’s it."
  • "The online ordering is ineffective and cheap."
  • "The steak frites came rare (as ordered) and hot with appropriate butter and very good fries."
  • "Service was ok. There is plenty of staff and they go around frequently."

Cons:

  • "The iPad is set to an 18% gratuity when the staff has done nothing. Terrible design."

  • "They ask for gratuity as you check out when ordering on phone."
  • "You order by smartphone and pay in advance. So you cannot ask questions."
  • "Just terrible. After 20 minutes of waiting for drinks I went and asked."
  • "The ipads blast ads at you while you eat, like some Black Mirror dystopia."
  • "You have to put your order in via iPad, almost no interaction with the staff until someone comes blindly looking for who ordered this item."

Food Quality

Pros:

  • "The granola yoghurt parfait is okay - bit on the sweet side and more like biscuit than oats."

Cons:

  • "Waited 45 minutes for butter noodles for my kid, a shrimp cocktail, and French dip."
  • "Worst dining experience ever!!!!! Don`t go to this diner because they will ask for extra money if you need some milk to go with the coffee we bought there!!"
  • "Both salads were decent but way overpriced. Our total bill was $60."
  • "Pricing was steep airport pricing."
  • "The grey-haired male bartender doesn't keep his mask over his mouth and nose, and he's also incredibly rude."

Price and Value

Pros:

  • "Prices were fair for quality, setting and in an airport."
  • "The food as well as decor was as good as any similar restaurant outside the airport."
  • "The salad with grilled salmon I had was fresh and tasted great."
  • "The Breakfast is fantastic! Omelettes the size of Texas. Bacon from Canada."
  • "If you come ready for airport price points, you won’t be disappointed by the high quality ingredients and attentive service."
  • "Little pricey but the food was fresh and enjoyable."
  • "The steak was cooked perfectly though."

Cons:

  • "We spent about one hundred dollars on avocado toast, fries, and a salad, which is absolutely INSANE, even by airport standards."
  • "$191.00 for 4 dry sandwiches (one I didn’t order) and some fries seem like a lot of money to be treated like I’m at McDonalds."
  • "What is not clear, unless you read the fine print at the last stage of the ordering process (which doesn’t even show you a total number or breakdown), is that you automatically get charged an 18% tip."
  • "I'm not a big fan of having to tip prior to even seeing an employee."
  • "We expected to pay high because it’s the airport after all, but $83 for a club sandwich and a burger. NOT WORTH IT."
  • "Don't stop at this overpriced place that was worse than fast food."
  • "Unbelievably slow. 20 min for drinks. 40 min for entree."
