  • "I walked in and waited for 2 hrs and decided to come back next day. And the receptionist took down my info but wrong number."
  • "They shaved off 3 of my cat's nipples while shaving her belly for an ultrasound but they didn't tell us until we saw the bleeding when we got home!"
  • "They then made us wait hours and then said they didn't have the vet techs in to sedate her so we had to come back."
  • "Besides for the long waiting time, we explicitly made requests to let the vet inform us what check / pricing they would do to our dog before performing the check, however, they still didn’t do it and directly send us a few hundred dollars bill to let us pay."
