Facilities and Atmosphere

Pros:

  • "Gorgeous modern bowling with a bar!!! Good mix of music. There is also an arcade."
  • "Fancy alley, lots of big projector screens and music playing. The game interface is pretty advanced and tells you which pins to aim for with clear and descriptive graphics."
  • "This place is amazing for adults and kids. It was clean the lanes didn't look old. The arcade games were like new."
  • "Entire alley was nice and spacious."
  • "Not your typical bowling alley that smells musty and looks old. This place was actually very clean had lots of amenities and generally speaking it was classy for a bowling alley."
  • "The place is clean and organized."
  • "Excellent bowling alley, very clean and well kept, good bar service, comfortable seating for lanes, and great arcade to supplement the bowling!"

Cons:

  • "The parking lot is not brightly lit."
  • "We gave up on bowling after just one game because it wasn't worth the high price tag per game for such a poorly maintained lane."
  • "It also appeared as though the lane hadn't been properly oiled so the ball didn't react as expected."
  • "The lanes here haven't been well maintained in 20+ years. Balls get stuck. Pins don't get reset properly."
  • "The disappointing part is the arcade, which is a great thing to break up the time. But a lot of games were broken and stole credits but didn't let you play."
  • "The noise from the video game area was very loud and distracting."
  • "The sign identifying it is not brightly lit compared to the others around it."

Staff and Service

  • "Employees were the best thank you so much to both Jessica’s and everyone else."
  • "Staff was courteous and professional."
  • "The attendants were friendly and courteous."
  • "Staff was very helpful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable."
  • "The staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks and food was awesome."

Cons:

  • "Too expensive and the staff was unpleasant from the front desk to the bar, the staff seemed to be miserable and unhappy to be there."
  • "The woman behind the counter was more interested in the screen in front of her instead of acknowledging my daughter or I."
  • "The attendant at the points redemption counter was a real grump!!"
  • "The waitress wasn’t FRIENDLY at all."
  • "Staff was completely checked out. Kid that delivered our food had air pods in."
  • "Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 2 1/2 hours for an open lane."
  • "Awful they do not meet competitors prices. Also the women who says she's a 'manager' and is from corporate has a huge attitude problem."

Cost and Pricing

Pros:

  • "Drinks were well priced."
  • "Friendly staff and great pricing."
  • "They have food, to close at 1:00 a.m. and have many lines. The service is excellent and have delicious food. Moreover, the prices are cheaper than other places."
  • "We got unlimited games for $30 for both of us and that’s including the shoes so not bad at all."

Cons:

  • "I think for Friday night $60 per person is outrageously expensive."
  • "To expensive better off going to a different bowling $6 pp for shoes and $9 a game. 5 people bowling was $158 for 3 games each. Total 14 games. Food was $95 basic for 4 people and 1 pitcher of beer over $20. So over $300 to bowl. That's crazy."
  • "I really want to give Bowlmore more stars. The place is nice and clean, the bowling is fun, the arcade area is good, and to be honest, the food is shockingly good, with amazing variety. The problem I have is the cost."
  • "Charge for shoes even if you don't wear them. Instead of charging for each game they charged each person that played in the game 9.50 per person."
  • "$2 game, yet the shoes are $12. Who charges that much for shoes? Rather go to AMF than this place again."
  • "Great experience. Ridiculously outrageous pricing. $6 for Shoes, $9 per game bowling. 2 kids and 2 adults over $80 dollars with Cokes for ONE game."
  • "They charge 12.99 per person (that doesn't even include the shoe rental) on Saturdays."

  • "The food was delivered in a reasonable time and it was delicious."

Cons:

  • "Food overpriced and disgusting."
  • "The food service is terrible! They open at noon and you take the kids for lunch and bowling but chicken and fries take an hour to come by that time the kids are starving and miserable."
  • "Horrible experience with the manager, half my food was cold, and dessert was rock hard, she didn’t want to share her name, she had dirty blonde hair and was very rude and didn’t want to exchange my dessert with something of the same cost."
  • "The pretzels were a little saltier than I prefer."
  • "Our food was good but took forever to come out."
  • "We all ordered their $12 silver margaritas. The first round came and was straight mix."
