Coffee Quality

Pros:

  • "Their espresso is at the higher end of the anti-starbucks craft roaster movement: it is light to medium in roast while producing an immensely strong coffee that caffeinates you for hours to come."
  • "The coffee is just ...wow."
  • "Coffee was delicious and they offer oat milk."
  • "The best coffee in the area. If you are a coffee lover, you never regret to have a coffee in this store."
  • "The espresso turned out delicious. Sweetness and acidity well balanced. Quite fruity and a lingering mild aftertaste of milk chocolate."
  • "Coffee - The best I have had. These guys take very good care to every detail of the coffee making experience."
  • "Had the batch brew, medium roast? Light body, easy to drink, floral, tad slightly fruity. Way above any chain coffee."

Cons:

  • "Not the same quality as OQ Coffee, the previous storefront. Beans do not hold great flavor."
  • "Although the customer service is fantastic the coffee is absolutely terrible. My friends and I visited and each got different coffees. All of which tasted gross, especially for 7 dollars a cup."
  • "This was the worst dirty chai I've ever had."
  • "Meh coffee, extremely expensive."
  • "The sample coffee I drank was weak."
  • "FAIL. This is the worst coffee I ever had."
  • "The 16 oz coffee was undrinkable."

  • "It’s located slightly away from the busy road so one can avoid all the noises. The ambience is warm and friendly."
  • "Inside is bright and spacious but if you like the outdoors, there is ample seating options there too."

Cons:

  • "Lots of laptop people, not very inviting if you want to have some coffee and talk."
  • "It's hard to navigate the place because of the weird rows of tables and the seating split into two rooms."
  • "It's just a little hard to find a seats sometimes because it's a small place."
  • "The music is always blasting from a blown out speaker that literally shakes the bar seating area, and there’s uneven lighting throughout that makes the ambience overall less worthwhile than it used to be."
  • "The place is filthy dirty! Awkward vibe once you walk in."
  • "The inside is really nice, but it felt crammed and confined due to the arrangement of everything."
  • "Barely enough room to maneuver around."

Customer Service

Pros:

  • "The barista Amber was super sweet and helpful because i can never decide what i want."
  • "This is really amazing coffee and i love the bakery as well, everyone is super friendly and nice."
  • "The staff are very inviting and I think that their motto is even 'start a conversation.'"

  • "The service is excellent - just what you would expect from a local coffee shop."
  • "The employees are always incredibly nice."
  • "The servers are kind! Definitely coming back here."

Cons:

  • "Girls gave me an attitude because I left a tip less than 1$ it took forever for them to make my cappuccino lead was broken and cup was not full coffee itself tasted very sour I had to throw it away."
  • "Aspects of the employees behavior was weirdly distracted so they didn’t actually make what I asked for."
  • "Today was particularly aggravating because they forgot my order two separate times."
  • "However, what I did not like was the customer service, or lack thereof. There was a child sitting next to me that spilled his hot drink on himself and was crying and got the milk all over the floor, and the baristas did nothing."
  • "Instead of offering to make me another one, she just said 'sorry about that, we usually put a coaster underneath. you can just move to that table over there.'"
  • "I will not be returning due to my service experience."
  • "It will cost you though. Prepare to feel totally awkward."
