  • "Food was subpar for the price. I had the Rigatoni and noddles were under cooked."
  • "Drinks are food, food is definitely not the best. Chicken was bland, string beans came from can and mash from a powder box."
  • "The chicken was over cooked to the point of being jerky."

Atmosphere

Cons:

  • "English sports bar (or is that sports pub?) in midtown. Nothing special, basic selection of beers that aren’t cold enough."
  • "It's another theme park slinging $8 pints."
  • "You never ever talk down to a customer who just paid for mediocre overpriced food and drink in a place that reeks of bleach."
  • "Location maybe a bit small and cramped for some though."
  • "Personally, I didn't need 4 screens with various sports on, all muted though."
  • "Last thing I expected was to have a three year old running around, broke a glass, and then sat at the bar to eat ice cream."
  • "Though for an Irish bar with big pretzels and corned beef sandwich on the menu, they only had honey mustard and dijon. No Yellow or brown mustard at all."

Value

Pros:

  • "This place is great. I treated an out-of-town bud to drinks and dinner here. We both really enjoyed the food (and cocktails)."

  • "Prices are good compared to other spots which charge more for less."
  • "The happy hour prices were amazing."

Cons:

  • "Food was tasty, but a pricey bill for our meal and drinks. They automatically charged us 20% tip without consent."

  • "Food was subpar for the price. I had the Rigatoni and noddles were under cooked."
  • "Food was good and atmosphere was good, even service was good. But they gave us a check with 20% gratuity automatically."
  • "The mushrooms were pretty good, though I'm not sure they were worth $5 a piece."
  • "They also charge a fee to use a credit card. All in all they charged us $63 in fees."
  • "A tad overpriced but it's in NYC so I'm not surprised."
