  • "When I asked for an written estimate on the treatment he needed they refused to handed it to me, they only allowed me to read it while on the treatment room; why would they prepare an estimate and then don’t allow me to take it home to analyse it and compare prices?"
  • "Also on the topic of transparency, my dog had to go in for a procedure a few months ago, and I needed to drop her off in the morning. They told me she would be ready later that morning by 11am if I recall correctly. 11am came and went with no call."
