"Made appointment for 9:00am, they were not ready for an hour so vech.got worked on at 10am …it was in for an oil change…when done ….the oil cap was not put back on …and the radiator fluid was not topped off …was very disappointed I had to drive back to the shop to get this resolved."

"Needed a very expensive but necessary part replaced that another mechanic couldn't do till the following week. Called Brad at mid day and he came through and not only ordered the part but was able to have the work done the following morning which was a Saturday."
