Cons:

  • "Service was not attentive & slow."

  • "With regards to the drinks, they were terrible, compounded with the price point, made it even more disappointing."
  • "A friend got a mixed drink and didn't like it. The waitress never picked up on the fact that it was full."

  • "The ambiance was the least appealing aspect of Bank and Bourbon, which seemed bland and poorly situated near the busy Market Street entrance to the Loews Hotel."
  • "Place is decent looking, but looks a little run down (like it was nicely set up when it was first opened, and then forgot the up-keep)."
  • "The decor is nice but odd."
  • "Only thing nice about the place is the ambiance and the staff."
  • "Would return for the atmosphere, but not for the food."
  • "The overall quality of the food felt as if you could order it at a Cheesecake Factory."
